- Search queries and results (to deliver your report)
- Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card data)
- Account information if you create a login (email, name)
- Basic analytics (page views, feature usage — no personal tracking)
How We Use It
- To generate and deliver the report you paid for
- To improve our algorithms using anonymized, aggregated data only
- To send transactional emails (report delivery, account updates)
Your data is never sold to third parties. Never used for advertising.
Data Retention
- Reports remain accessible at their private link for 1 year (extendable)
- You can request deletion of your data and report at any time
- Payment records retained per legal/tax requirements (typically 7 years)
- Anonymized/aggregated data retained indefinitely (no personally identifiable information)
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Supabase — authentication and database
- Cloudflare — hosting and CDN
- Anthropic (Claude API) — AI name generation and analysis
Each service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies for authentication and preferences. No third-party tracking cookies. No ad networks. No retargeting.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data — request a copy of everything we store about you
- Delete your data — request complete deletion at any time
- Export your data — download your reports and account information
- Opt out — of any non-essential communications
